Returns & Exchanges

Custom Hats

Because every custom hat is made to order specifically for you, all custom hat sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges on custom orders.

If you receive your hat and there is an issue with the quality or craftsmanship, please reach out to us and we'll make it right.

Clothing & Apparel

We want you to love what you wear. If your clothing item doesn't fit right, we offer exchanges on a case-by-case basis — as long as we have the product and size available in stock.

Exchanges are for sizing only. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds on clothing purchases.
